To secure your place in a course, you will need to pay at the time of booking. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. If you wish to transfer to another course, please let us know in writing at least 14 days before the course starts.
We will give you a credit note to the full value of the course which you can use towards another one of our training courses.
Withdrawing from the course less than two weeks beforehand will be considered in exceptional circumstances only. If this occurs, you will be charged a $50 administration fee and a credit note will be issued for the outstanding amount. No transfers or refunds will be available once the course has started.
We reserve the right to cancel a course, in which case you will have the option of a full refund or a transfer to another course.
All our course materials are copyright and you agree never to sell, forward or distribute your course materials in any way.
